MOSCOW, Jan 23 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Arbitration Court has upheld the Federal Tax Service’s request dated October 30, 2018 that obliges mobile operator VimpelCom to provide information about call connections of some subscribers, according to the court’s documents seen by PRIME on Thursday.
The court fully dismissed the operator’s contest of the tax service’s request on Wednesday.
Earlier in January, the court rejected similar suits from two other big mobile operators, MTS and MegaFon, which also tried to challenge the request.
